A typical day in the Role: Contact potential or existing customers to offer company products and services meeting their needs and close deals; Direct prospects to field sales team when needed. Answer inquiries to telesales hotlines, retrieve voicemails and make follow-up call / contact transferred from CS hotlines and via non-call channels including fax, email, web chat, instant messaging tools like WhatsApp, WeChat within designated time frame. Handle grievances and resolve customer feedback with follow-up to preserve company’s reputation. Process orders with post-delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate future sales. Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries, feedback and update useful information. Achieve company target and meet various call, selling & project KPIs. Success will depend on: Diploma holder or above. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer services with solid telesales experiences. Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and independently in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑tasking. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese. PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing. Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive or Customer Service Executive.
