Live Stream KOL Manager

Job Responsibilities Perform end-to-end recruitment of live streamer and KOL including screening, approaching, interviewing and closing Assist in streamers management, training, communication, coordination and casting Maintain a good relationship with streamers and KOL Monitor, measure and review streamers’ and KOL’s performance timely Consolidate and prepare various streamers’ and KOL’s performance analytics reports and presentations for management review Cooperate with various internal teams to implement streamers’ and KOL’s promotion and interview with media Coordinate with social media platform and arrange broadcast activities for streamers and KOL to increase social media presence Cooperate with various internal teams to organize offline activities and arrange streamers and KOL to participate Perform other ad-hoc projects if necessary Requirements Minimum 3 years work experience in Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting industry or related disciplines Excellent skill in communication, interpersonal and social networking Fluency in written and spokenCantonese, Putonghuaand English Familiar with Social Media Platform Good presentation and negotiation skills, flexible and be able to work under pressure Responsible, strong execution, team player, well-organized, equipped with aesthetic sense Experience in Model Management, Artist Management, or any media related disciplines would be an advantage Immediate available is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
