Responsibilities Assist in coordinating day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory management and order processing. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and team management. Monitor warehouse staff performance to ensure they achieve company standards. Prepare operational and analysis reports on a regular and timely basis. Conduct inventory checks to ensure quantity and quality accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards. Ensure warehouse compliance with security and safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment. Assist the Store Manager in problem-solving as needed.
