We are a startup venture studio launching a few businesses We have currently invested in an e-commerce business, and expect to incubate another e-commerce business and digital asset business in the next several months. Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day operations of all accounting related tasks. HQ accounting operations: Perform tasks including payment, data entry, e‑filing, payment matching, invoicing, voucher input, journal entries, bank reconciliations. E‑Commerce accounting operations: Trace sales, inventory, purchases on e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon. Reconcile with data in QuickBooks (QBO). Assist Head of Finance with annual audits. Handle other finance related tasks on an ad‑hoc basis or as assigned. Requirements: Working experience in accounting or finance is a MUST Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a MUST Strong IT skills is a MUST Familiarity with QuickBooks (QBO) is a PLUS. Knowledge of e‑Commerce is a PLUS. You are a well‑organized person. Good admin skills. Attention to details. Good skills with numbers. A good personality. About this Role: We are a small office with a small team in Hong Kong. You must be self‑driven. Good English language skills. Our parent company is US based so we use English as our working language. You will report to our Head of Finance. Work location: Central, Hong Kong. Flexible / Half time basis is also negotiable (with a minimum 4 hours per day in the morning / early afternoon).
