Apply for the Senior Cyber Security Specialist role at Links International . Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert technical advice and operational guidance on cyber security controls to teams across the Office and other University units. Perform security assessments on information systems, verify compliance with University policies, and propose practical remediation measures for identified gaps. Offer security-focused consultancy during the planning and design phases of IT projects and initiatives to ensure security is embedded from the outset. Lead incident response activities, conduct digital forensic investigations for security breaches, and recommend effective containment and recovery solutions. Drive and manage security enhancement projects to continually strengthen the University's overall security architecture. Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and technical support for information security tools, platforms, and infrastructure. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his/her delegates. Qualifications and Requirements: A recognised university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant post‑qualification experience in security consultancy and IT security risk assessments to large‑scale organisations. Strong proficiency in end‑to‑end vulnerability management (report consolidation, remediation recommendations, exception handling, and penetration test coordination). Extensive hands‑on experience with a wide range of security scanning and assessment tools. Proven track record of designing and delivering cyber security training sessions and conducting policy reviews. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to lead projects or operations independently. A proactive mindset and demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. #J-18808-Ljbffr
