Fund Marketing Specialist (Public Funds & ETF Focus) , Asset Management Add expected salary to your profile for insights Responsible for the integrated marketing and promotion of the company's public fund and ETF products. You will plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, independently produce high-quality marketing materials, directly engage with investors and channel partners, and enhance product awareness, understanding, and market share. This is a core role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution. Job Responsibilities: Online & Offline Marketing Promotion : Manage the operation of owned platforms such as the official WeChat account, plan professional content; develop and maintain marketing collaborations with internet brokerage platforms (e.g., Futu, Tiger Brokers); utilize professional communities like LinkedIn for brand and product communication. Track, analyze, and optimize promotion performance data. Assist in organizing and coordinating roadshows, client seminars, and investor education events targeting traditional channels such as banks, securities firms, and third‑party wealth management platforms. Participate in industry exhibitions and forums, providing on‑site support and enhancing brand exposure. Core Competency Requirement : Ability to independently complete basic, ready‑to‑use marketing materials, minimizing reliance on external design support. Tasks Include: Writing product promotional copy, creating PowerPoint presentations, designing simple flyers/long‑form graphics/infographics (using tools like Photoshop), editing short videos, and maintaining the marketing asset library. Advanced Collaboration: For complex visual designs or high‑production videos, ability to provide precise briefs and efficiently manage external vendors to deliver high‑quality final products. Write professional content compliant with regulatory requirements, including fund product introductions, market insights, and investor education articles. Maintain effective communication with channels such as internet brokerages, ensuring efficient coordination and implementation of various online joint promotion campaigns. Assist the team in executing brand promotion projects. Perform such other divisional duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Journalism/Communications, or related fields; At least 2 years of marketing, product promotion, or related experience in the financial industry (e.g., funds, securities, bank wealth management). Familiarity with the characteristics of public funds and ETF products is preferred; Proficient in PPT, Excel, Word; skilled in using at least one basic design tool (e.g., basic Photoshop operations, video editing software like Jianying) for material production. Experience in WeChat Official Account operation or collaboration with new channels like internet brokerages is preferred. Excellent content planning and copywriting skills. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, adept at internal and external collaboration, able to translate complex financial products into precise marketing language. Familiar with compliance requirements for financial marketing and promotion, committed to maintaining risk control standards.
