You are humble and prioritize the success of the team over your own with an eagerness to help those around you You don't shy away from challenges and have the ability to bounce back from setbacks What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role As product analyst to manage and drive the payment and FX business Implement new product features and improve the system, process and workflow that related to payment and FX business Perform UAT & Live Verification on both Website & App Manage the fulfillment files and notification content High awareness on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities for timely actions to manage payment and FX business performance Ensure full compliance and execution of governance policies and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements Other ad‑hoc task assigned What Is Required And What We’re Looking For Degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline 3 – 4 years of experience in product management in banking or financial industry (preferably in payment and/or FX) Basic understanding of the risk and compliance framework for Payment and FX Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Product Manager Perks And Benefits To Enrich Your Experience At WeLab Learning and development stipend - we value lifelong learning and believe the best way to invest in our employees is to encourage them to continue to learn Wellness and happiness – Numerous activities to let you focus on your physical and mental wellbeing.
