Our client, a boutique skincare and medical aesthetics brand is hiring an exceptional Operations & Sales Manager. We’re looking for a dynamic leader with strong operational and sales management experience, passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to excellence in customer service and team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the treatment centers (all branches), ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction Lead and manage cross‑functional teams (front desk, therapists, consultants and admin), fostering collaboration and performance Develop and implement operational workflows, standards, and optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and cost control Support annual budgeting and sales target planning; monitor KPIs and report regularly on performance Supervise sales performance, coach and train the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and medical teams to drive brand growth and client acquisition Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to inform business development strategies Build strong relationships with clients, understand customer needs, and offer tailored product solutions Handle customer complaints and unexpected incidents professionally, safeguarding brand reputation What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of operations and sales management experience in skincare, medical aesthetics, or related industries Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Experienced in face‑to‑face and consultative selling Familiarity with sales processes in the medical aesthetics / skincare industry, customer service workflows and quality management systems Experience in team training and performance development Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Skills in market analysis, data interpretation, and marketing strategy High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and attention to detail Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for communication Immediate or short‑notice availability is an asset What We Offer Competitive salary packages, flexible work arrangement and a supportive work culture will be offered to right candidates.
