About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and forward‑thinking AI Analyst to join our growing Digital Transformation and AI team. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting the group’s AI initiatives, contributing to the design, orchestration, and implementation of AI‑enabled solutions across multiple business functions. You should be familiar with AI orchestration frameworks, agentic AI workflows, foundation models (LLMs, multimodal systems), and prompt engineering. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and emerging technology—ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence and modern data‑driven methodologies, coupled with a passion for translating complex insights into measurable business outcomes. Previous experience in working with raw datasets, interpreting trends, and applying analytical and visualization tools to uncover growth opportunities, performance patterns, and potential risks will be crucial. Working collaboratively with commercial, operations, and technology teams, you will help identify and develop opportunities where machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation can enhance organizational efficiency, decision‑making, and sustainability goals. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, including but not limited to commercial, supply chain, operations, finance, to understand business processes and identify opportunities for AI‑driven or data‑enhanced solutions. Translate high‑level business objectives into structured data requirements and analytic workflows. Partner with technical teams to develop proof‑of‑concepts using a range of AI and quantitative techniques. Design and implement agentic AI systems (e.g., task‑chaining agents, API‑driven workflows) that can automate reasoning, planning, or decision‑support processes. Integrate and orchestrate AI components across different platforms—combining LLMs, MLOps tools, and data pipelines for scalable, maintainable solutions. Visualize and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences, enabling data‑driven decision‑making. Contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of data quality, model validation, and performance tracking. Stay abreast of advances in AI research, orchestration frameworks, and foundation model ecosystems to guide the group’s evolving AI strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related quantitative discipline with a strong AI focus 3–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, quantitative research, or digital transformation (fresh graduates with strong technical foundation may also be considered). Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, model development, and API integration Knowledge of AI orchestration and MLOps practices, including data pipeline management, model deployment, and workflow automation Exposure to LLMs and foundation models (prompt design, fine‑tuning, API management, or embedded agent systems). Understanding of advanced analytics techniques—e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting, reinforcement learning, or optimization. Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with curiosity to learn business processes within the biofuel, energy, or advanced manufacturing sectors, and ability to apply AI solutions to operational challenges. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. Proficiency in English; Mandarin considered a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
