Property Development & Management Manager Add expected salary to your profile for insights Manage external-funded or self-funded capital/alterations and additions/maintenance projects such as new building development and retrofitting works. Handle contractual issues, general insurance, procurement services and general administrative services as well as basis legal affairs in connection with property development and acquisition, e.g. lease, title deed and deed of mutual covenant etc. Develop ongoing Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and Energy Management policies for the headquarters, hostels and services centres. Lead the teams to strengthen effective collaboration among internal departments, consultants, contractors, vendors, users and local authorities to ensure smooth communication and efficient project delivery. Check and coordinate relevant drawings, supervise contractors and workers to ensure compliance with requirements. Act as the key officer‑in‑charge during emergency situations and system breakdowns, overseeing troubleshooting and ensuring readiness of critical infrastructure. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering / Architecture/ Building surveying related disciplines. Member / Corporate Member of a professional institution, i.e. the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors or the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Structural Engineering or Building Services Engineering disciplines or equivalent with at least 10 years' post qualification experience. Holder of registration of grade C Electrical worker is preferred. BEAM Professionals (BEAM Pro) is preferred. Minimum 10 years of solid experience in New Construction/Alterations and additions/Maintenance project management of which 3 years should be at supervisory level. NGO experience is an advantage.
