Telesales Executive – Global Payments Inc. Location: Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR Description Conduct outbound calls to existing merchants for product upselling and account risk measurement. Cultivate leads by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges. Coach customers on how to maximize the use of our services. Keep up-to-date and self‑equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively. Work with a growing team to execute sales strategies. Carry out ad‑hoc assignments. Requirements Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above. 1-3 years experience in sales and service support. Experience in card acquiring and banking industry is an advantage but not a must. Customer‑oriented, excellent team player with good servicing attitude and communication skills. Positive, self‑motivating mindset and attitude, detail‑oriented, committed and enthusiastic, capable of working under pressure and multitasking. Inspiration to develop a career path in the sales field. Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage. Hands‑on experience of Microsoft Windows software, such as Excel, is required.
