As an IP Specialist Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in managing and advising on trademark-related matters. Your expertise in trademark clearance, enforcement, and prosecution will be essential in delivering high-quality legal services to Simmons & Simmons clients. Our client is a global technology leader in digital payments and financial services.Key duties include:Lead and manage internal investigations across key jurisdictions in APAC, including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. Provide support on major litigation matters as required. Work closely with the APAC team and report to the team Director based in London. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure effective management of cases. Deliver high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Person specification:5–10+ years of PQE, with a strong background in litigation and investigations. Experience working with financial services clients; preference for consultants with in-house financial services experience. Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and add value from day one. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across jurisdictions and time zones.
