Freelance Long-Term EN > Traditional Chinese (HK) Life Science Translator Join as a freelance linguist translating from English into Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) for Life Sciences documents at TransPerfect . Work remotely from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities Translate and proofread materials such as Informed Consent Forms and other Life Sciences documents. Collaborate with Project Managers and managers to meet client deadlines. Maintain high quality and consistency in all translations. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). Specialized knowledge in any Life Sciences field. Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar. Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines. Asian time zone preferred. Important Notes Applicants will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete free Translation and MTPE tests to evaluate skills. Applicants must provide a CV and indicate preferred translation and MTPE rates (USD). Application Requirements Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies or equivalent with significant translation training. 2 years of translation experience and a college degree. 5 years of translation experience and no college degree. A certificate of competence in translation awarded by an appropriate government body.
