The successful candidate must have an appreciation of the Malvern heritage, an understanding of the IB MYP and DP programme, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism, to lead the continuing development and growth of MCHK as an outstanding British international school committed to capturing the Malvern ethos and vision. As a Malvern College teacher, the postholder will play a full role in the school’s curricular, co‑curricular and pastoral programmes.
