Senior Real Estate Analyst

KYO Capital is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Real Estate Analyst to join our growing investment team in Wan Chai. This is a key role for a detail‑oriented professional with a strong background in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for driving data‑driven investment decisions. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions Perform market research, due diligence, and feasibility studies across various asset classes and geographies Support investment underwriting, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and scenario modeling Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal committees and external stakeholders Collaborate with asset management, finance, and development teams to monitor portfolio performance Assist in structuring investment vehicles and analyzing capital stack scenarios Track market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal models, tools, and reporting systems Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or related financial analysis roles Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with real estate valuation methodologies, DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis Familiarity with real estate markets in Asia, particularly Japan, is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; CFA or similar designation is a plus Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment About KYO Capital KYO Capital is a real estate investment and development firm specializing in fund management and property development across Japan.
