Relationship Manager, Private Banking (MNC PB), JW Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role This is a full‑time Relationship Manager position within the prestigious Private Banking division of a leading multinational bank based in the heart of Hong Kong Island. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional service. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the bank's client base Develop and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique financial goals and requirements Provide expert advice and recommend personalised investment and wealth management strategies Collaborate closely with the bank's product specialists to offer clients a comprehensive range of financial products and services Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies Contribute to the overall success of the Private Banking division through active participation in team initiatives What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar private banking or wealth management role, preferably within a multinational financial institution Strong understanding of the private banking industry, investment products and wealth management strategies Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with high‑net‑worth individuals Proven track record of successfully growing a client portfolio and delivering exceptional customer service Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin skills an advantage What is the offer Client is committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
