Volunteer: Upskilling Workshop Trainer (Tuesday in Tung Chung) Join to apply for the Volunteer: Upskilling Workshop Trainer (Tuesday in Tung Chung) role at Time Auction. Lead and facilitate women-only Chai Gathering sessions held every Tuesday in Tung Chung (You're welcome to just lead 1 session or more depending on your capacity) Prepare simple PowerPoint presentation if needed. Any necessary materials, we can help to arrange. Participant's first language is not English, so please only use simple, basic English when communicating. Project Details Chai Gathering is an initiative under the Tung Chung Project that creates a welcoming and safe space for women to connect, learn, and enhance their skills. Beyond personal growth, the project emphasizes building meaningful relationships among women from diverse backgrounds, fostering a supportive and inclusive community. What We Have We can discuss further during our briefing call, we can share more about the participants' needs and interests, support you with materials and logistics for your session, and you'll be working closely with our team as well. Why this is Important This project primarily supports ethnically diverse housewives, offering them opportunities to upskill, unwind, and build meaningful relationships. Each successful session empowers women who once felt hesitant even to visit the market alone, helping them grow in confidence and independence. Project Period 16 Dec 2025 - 24 Feb 2026 Location Tung Chung Swire Trust Go-Givers Program This project is part of the Swire Trust Go-Givers Program, which aims to encourage skilled volunteers to support Swire Trust NGO partners in education, marine conservation, and arts. From now until 2025, 10 outstanding volunteers will be selected annually as the “Swire Trust Go‑Givers of the Year” with special and empowering rewards. 40 volunteers who contribute the highest number of hours annually will also be recognised Meet our previous Go‑Givers here and view the rewards here.
