AVP - Team Administrator APAC

Tradeweb is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Management Team and wider APAC business. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our regional operations and maintaining a collaborative, efficient, and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities Executive & Team Support Provide Executive Assistant support to the Head of Asia, including diary management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, and processing expenses. Provide administrative support to the APAC Leadership team (i.e., Managing Directors), including processing and tracking expenses accurately and efficiently. Assist in the preparation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports. Support with document formatting, proofreading, and data entry as required. Office & Operations Management Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, printing, and managing post/couriers. Work with the Tradeweb Facilities team to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and building management to ensure facilities and supplies are maintained (as required). Assist in organising food, drinks, and snacks for APAC office locations. People & Culture Support Assist HR, Facilities, and IT with onboarding new hires (e.g., desk setup, welcome packs, scheduling inductions). Help coordinate employee engagement activities, regional visits, and internal social events. Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or team assistant role, ideally supporting senior leaders. Experience within financial services or a corporate environment preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. Professional demeanour, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
