Job Description - Superintendent, Electrical & Mechanical (240822)

Superintendent, Electrical & Mechanical - ( 240822 )

Responsibilities:

  • Control, monitor and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works of electrical systems, control systems and general E&M services
  • Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of alteration and improvement works, including handover and defects inspection
  • Liaise with internal departments, business partners and government departments to carry out fault rectification and maintenance activities
  • Carry out fault attendance and rectification works
  • Prepare system log, fault report, incident investigation and fault analysis
  • Assist in preparation of maintenance contracts, maintenance budget and control of maintenance expenditure
  • Implement and refine process management on maintenance tasks
  • Perform shift duty including overnight shift if required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years' relevant working experience in supervision of electrical & mechanical maintenance and/or construction works. Degree holder with 4 years' relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Candidate without the above specified academic qualification but have 12 years' relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Solid experience in airport works and/or large scale electrical and mechanical facilities under a live operating environment is an advantage
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker of HV and/or LV electrical installation is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
