Responsibilities As part of the COE within the Greater China region, the successful job holder will be accountable for: Be the C&B subject‑matter expert for the Hong Kong Office to support staff retention, promotion, and other HR objectives Handle annual budgeting, forecasting, merit review, and salary adjustment assignment Work with Shared Service Center on supporting the employee lifecycle including C&B operations and compliance Maintain employee relations and support the Human Resources Director on office employees advisory Conduct periodic HR reports and policies review Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including preparation of documentation, employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, and on‑boarding logistics Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation Support/prepare reports and documentation related to tax filing, MPF contributions, etc. Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC/HK and SGP Accountable for talent acquisition, interview process and recruitment across APAC Contribute to bi‑annual performance management review and coordinate with senior leaders across the region and headquarters Manage regional HR operations, working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists Responsible for benefits, pension, annual leave administration and on/off boarding coordination Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance Participate in regional projects such as change management and process streamlining in alignment with regional/global initiatives Requirements Degree holder majoring in Human Resources Management or a related discipline At least 8 years of HR experience, including 1‑2 years at a managerial level dealing with complexity Strong strategic and operational expertise in compensation & benefits (C&B) Fluent command of spoken and written English & Chinese Solution‑driven, responsive, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity Immediate availability is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
