Capital Advisory – Project Management Location: Hong Kong Group Overview A leading global capital advisory firm is seeking an experienced professional to join its Asia-Pacific (APAC) team. The firm provides comprehensive solutions to private and public real estate‑focused companies, sponsors, and limited partners worldwide. With a strong track record in private mergers & acquisitions (M&A), recapitalizations, and fundraising, the firm serves a diverse client base including financial sponsors, asset managers, public & private REITs, real estate developers & operators, and service providers. Position Summary The firm is looking to hire a seasoned capital formation specialist with a robust background in project management and fundraising execution. This role will support strategic investment initiatives and collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the APAC region. Key Responsibilities Partner with regional strategic advisory professionals to support capital raising efforts for various investment products and initiatives. Lead and manage regional project management activities, ensuring seamless execution of fundraising processes and adherence to timelines. Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including the creation of compelling marketing materials for product launches. Provide regular and ad‑hoc fundraising analytics and performance updates to senior stakeholders. Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track and enhance fundraising activities, including investor engagement, roadshow planning, and meeting coordination. Maintain high standards of project management excellence while balancing multiple priorities and collaborating with global resources. Demonstrate autonomy and initiative in managing complex workflows, applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Oversee the development and refinement of marketing collateral such as Offering Memoranda, investor pitchbooks, and detailed Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Lead and support operational due diligence processes and investor presentations. Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and investor behavior. Recommend strategic adjustments to messaging and engagement strategies based on market feedback and fundraising outcomes. Coordinate participation in investor conferences, roadshows (virtual and in‑person), site visits, and advisory board meetings. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience across geographies and/or functional areas. Proven ability to deliver results independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Deep understanding of private markets, particularly private equity and real estate, and the role of capital advisory in institutional fundraising. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Commercial acumen and strategic mindset. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency. Ability to provide sound recommendations and engage confidently with senior leadership. Demonstrated expertise in project management and team productivity.
