Senior Retail Leasing Manager - Neighbourhood Mall We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to join a retail community mall. You will play a crucial role in managing leasing operations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Oversee the leasing for developer’s shopping mall portfolios, including new leases, renewals, and negotiation, tenancy administration. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates. Collaborate with property owners, brokers, and tenants to negotiate lease terms. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market demand. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business/Property Management/Real Estate, or related field Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing management, preferably in retail leasing Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships Fluent in spoken English; proficient in written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin as applicable) This is a unique opportunity to work for a renowned conglomerate that continually drives and offers upward potential for strong career progression throughout the organisation.
