Dancing Instructor/Coach

About the Role Become a dancing instructor/coach for GA Club Premium, a leading provider of dance and fitness classes in Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District. As a full‑time dancing instructor/coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enriching dance lessons to students of all ages and skill levels (adults and kids). What You’ll Be Doing Delivering dynamic dance classes that cater to students' needs and interests – according to GA program. Providing individualized feedback and guidance to help students improve their technique and performance. Maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment in the studio. Collaborating with GA Club's management team to develop and implement new class offerings. Attending regular training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and industry knowledge. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a dance instructor or coach in Latin and Ballroom, preferably with experience in other dance styles as well (minimum 5 years of experience required). Strong technical dance skills and the ability to demonstrate techniques effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students of all ages. Passion for dance and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the club.
