We are looking for a Market Risk Analyst to prepare and analyze market risk reports, assessing and monitoring P&L and market risks across trading strategies. Candidates will support risk limit monitoring, stress testing, scenario analysis, and collaborate with trading desks and other Risk teams. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze market risk reports, assessing and monitoring P&L and market risks across trading strategies. Identify, report, and promptly resolve risk limit breaches by collaborating with business units, escalating issues to senior risk management as required. Assist in conducting stress testing and scenario analysis for trading portfolios, covering equity, credit, interest rate (IR), foreign exchange (FX), and Virtual Asset risks. Work closely with Front Office trading desks to understand strategy dynamics, identify risk exposures, forecast scenarios, and implement appropriate risk controls. Conduct in-depth analysis and simulations, including market stress testing and scenario analysis. Prepare market risk reports and presentations for senior management. Collaborate cross‑functionally with other teams in the Risk Department and across the firm to ensure the integrity and accuracy of trade and market data. Report to the team lead of Market Risk team. Requirements University graduates in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines with 2 years’ working experience in finance industry preferred. Candidate with less experience may be considered for a junior level position. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with practical experience in VaR and stress testing. Programming knowledge in Python and SQL highly preferred. Prior exposure to digital assets or crypto trading is a significant advantage. A self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Detail oriented and team player with excellent planning and execution capabilities.
