We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong Branch. Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of loan processing as per established guidelines and policies; liaising with internal/external auditors and other external parties in carrying out the corresponding examinations Check and review loan drawdown, rollover, repayments, loan facility fee collection and loan transaction documents. Approve and release loan transactions Verify inwards/outwards funds for loan transactions. Review hit case and false suspected matching case with justification as 1st line of defense Check and review system generated reports and regular reports prepared by subordinates Monitor and report any irregularities on loan transactions Provide coaching/supervision/on-the-job training to subordinates Participate in system development project Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by Operations Managers Requirements Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 8 years’ experience in handling loan operations/administration and with at least 2 years in supervisory role, preferably with exposure in syndication loans Professional qualification of Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Operational Risk Management (ORM) is preferred Strong leadership with good communication skill, interpersonal skill and sense of responsibility Commitment to accuracy and able to work under pressure Proficient in both English and Chinese Good at MS Office We offer excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
