Business Development Executive (Programmatic ad operation) Recruitment Specialist at LINE Plus Corp Team: Corporate Business (LINE+ HK) HK Corporation Business team supports the global LINE business with a particular focus on ad monetization across the Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Korea markets. We collaborate closely with the regional team to implement advertising strategies, manage ad operations, review performance, and execute effective sales and ad production optimization plans. Responsibilities Take initiative and play a supportive role within the team to drive significant impact on LINE’s overall business growth Identify and establish programmatic partnerships with ad network partners, SSPs, and DSPs Track, evaluate, and optimize ad performance Support the team with ad operations and billing processes Prepare and deliver KPI reports for management and key stakeholders Basic Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience 2 years+ of relevant work experience Proven ability to collaborate with regional teams and proactively drive project success Independent, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Preferred Qualifications Possess expertise in digital advertising and media sales Proficiency in utilizing Google Ad Manager is highly desirable Strong ability to prepare detailed reports and efficiently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Immediate availability is strongly preferred Other The contract type of this position is 1-Year-Fixed-Term Contract (Renewable based on performance and business needs). This position applies three months of probation period and this period can be extended based on the performance review.
