Responsibilities Assist in organizing marketing and CRM campaigns Support daily operations of CRM: VIP point reward programme and enquiries from shops or members Handle daily operations of the gift order platform Monitor and re‑order gift inventory, conduct stock‑take Communicate with all the internal parties for the logistics for gift redemption Support any ad‑hoc projects as assigned What we look for Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or other related disciplines A self‑starter and good team player with multi‑tasking and good organizational skills Excellent communication skills when working with internal or external parties Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred Excel formula skills and report presentation skills are plus Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin Immediate availability is preferred Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer (CRM) What we offer 5 day work week Bank Holiday Birthday Leave / Marriage Leave / Full Paid Sick Leave Discretionary Year End Bonus / Mid-Year Bonus Medical Insurance Wedding Gift / Newborn Gift Staff Discount Interested parties, please send your application with detailed resume including academic qualification, career history, current and expected salary by clicking “APPLY NOW”.
