Responsibilities Architect, build, and refine trading platform components. Play a key role in core libraries, system architecture, and technical design reviews. Advance system performance, reliability, and scalability. Work closely with global teams to implement Agile/DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation). Guarantee high-quality code via documentation, testing, and troubleshooting (providing L3 support as required). Qualifications 5+ years of practical, in-depth experience with Java (Spring Boot) and OOP/functional programming. Strong skills in JS-based technology (React, Angular, NodeJS, etc.) including TypeScript preferred. Hands‑on background with event‑driven architectures using Kafka, MQ, and pub/sub models. Working knowledge of microservices, caching, and databases (SQL/NoSQL). Experience applying DevOps practices and managing cloud deployments. Proven ability to quickly master complex systems and financial workflows. Driven to build scalable, high‑performance platforms. Background in wealth management, trading systems, or derivatives. Familiarity with core financial concepts (e.g., trades, orders, allocations). Exposure to migration projects that transformed monoliths into microservices advantageous.
