Position Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at The Bank of East Asia Position Summary We are looking for a wealth management and retail banking credit risk manager to join our Retail Credit Risk team. This role is required to lead wealth management and retail banking risk management initiatives, credit assessments, formulation of customer acquisition strategies, maintenance of credit policies and internal credit decisioning solutions. Responsibilities Work closely with Business Units to launch wealth management products Lead risk management of wealth management products. Such includes assessment and monitoring of credit risk and regulatory compliance of the wealth management products Lead credit assessments of various credit proposals and portfolio initiatives prepared by Business Units Lead maintenance of internal credit policies in relation to wealth management and retail banking Participate in various industry-wide projects such as multiple credit reference agencies (MCRA) Participate in various bank-wide projects such as cross-border credit referencing Participate in credit decisioning system development and user acceptance testing Work closely with different functions, including the business units, other risk management departments, IT, compliance and audit to implement solutions Requirements University graduate in Risk Management, Finance & Accounting, Business Management, or any relevant discipline 5+ years of experience in Banking and Finance covering the following: 3+ years of experience in similar position Sound knowledge in wealth management and retail banking products Good knowledge about customer acquisition, credit assessments, credit policies and credit decisioning Good interpersonal and communication skill Proactive and able to work under time pressure Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese Please apply online via the BEA Careers website at or by clicking the "Apply Now" button below.
