HK AP Team The HK AP Team in Hong Kong is responsible for managing supplier payments and ensuring accurate, timely processing of financial transactions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting cash flow management while leading a small team to deliver exceptional results. The Role Supervising and guiding the AP team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions Managing daily AP activities and maintaining compliance with company policies Handling inter-company contra entries with overseas subsidiaries and debit note issuance Preparing and reviewing AP reports for management Assisting in cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and routine banking arrangements Assisting in month‑end and year‑end closing by preparing audit schedules and ensuring reporting deadlines Providing support on ad‑hoc assignments as required by management Your Skills and Experience Diploma/Degree in Accounting Minimum 3–5 years of AP experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of inter‑company transactions and debit note processes Proficiency in MS Excel; CargoWise experience preferred Collaborative team player with good communication skills for internal and external coordination Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is an advantage Benefits: 5‑day work week, double pay, performance bonus, group medical with dental insurance, 12‑day annual leave, bank holidays, sick leave, compassionate leave, etc. We offer an attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
