Your role We’re looking for an experienced and organized Creative Studio Manager to lead and manage the creative studio operations at Uniplan, a global brand experience agency. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth workflows, smart resource planning, and the timely delivery of high-quality experiential projects across events, retail, 3D design, content, and digital. You’ll be the key link between creativity and execution - helping our teams bring bold ideas to life. Responsibilities Oversee studio scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Collaborate with creative and project teams to deliver outstanding brand experiences Optimize processes and maintain high quality standards Foster a positive, collaborative studio culture Your talent 5+ years in creative studio or agency management, ideally in experiential marketing Experience spanning events, 3D design, retail, content, and digital Strong organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with creative workflows and project management tools Excellent communication; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus All applications will be handled in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purposes.
