Job Description We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in functional and technical testing within the financial services domain, specifically Low Touch Equity Flow. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, executing, and automating comprehensive test cases, leveraging UI Path automation tools to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Functional & Technical Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain test cases covering approximately 2,000 scenarios related to Low Touch Equity Flow. Validate end-to-end workflows to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to business requirements. Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. Test Automation: Automate manual test cases using existing UI Path licenses to improve testing speed and repeatability. Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts, ensuring robustness and scalability. Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines where applicable. Domain & Process Expertise: Apply knowledge of Low Touch Equity Flow processes to create relevant test scenarios. Collaborate with business analysts and product stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, scripts, and defect reports. Provide regular status updates and metrics on testing progress and quality benchmarks. Stay updated with latest testing tools, automation techniques, and industry standards. Suggest improvements to testing methodologies and automation practices. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in functional and technical testing , preferably within the financial services sector. Hands‑on experience automating tests using UI Path or similar RPA tools. In-depth understanding of Low Touch Equity Flow processes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of financial domain workflows, specifically equity trading processes. Experience with CI/CD integration for automated tests. Certifications in UI Path or relevant testing methodologies.
