Temp Programme Executive (Community First Aid–Tai Po Fire Emergency Operation) To support Tai Po Emergency Operation, the role works closely with the Assistant Manager to execute and monitor the Community First Aid Responder (CFAR) Network Project. The project aims to empower community members to learn and deliver basic first aid with confidence, motivation, and quality, while staying relevant and agile for social needs in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities Support the Assistant Manager in executing the CFAR Network Project. Assist supervisors in executing media/social media promotion strategies to reach target communities. Provide administrative and operative support, collect and analyse data, procure equipment, arrange logistics, and maintain stock inventory. Perform Emergency First Aid operation duties for urgent enquiries and emergency turn‑ups to support volunteers and external stakeholders during non‑office hours. Requirements University Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Public Health, or equivalent; or completion of HKCEE/HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese, Mathematics) with a minimum of 2 years’ post‑graduate working experience. Solid experience in volunteer coordination, programme planning and implementation, especially during emergency operation. Strong communication skills, mature, proactive and capable of working independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Proficient PC knowledge (Microsoft Office). Valid registration as a First Aider of Hong Kong Red Cross or any recognised professional organization, and holder of a valid first aid certification is preferred. Holder of a Driving licence (class 1, 2) is preferred.
