Responsibilities Formulate and maintain develop and mass production process. Lead the development and mass production of product manufacturing process and monitoring. Lead the FA/CA for process problems in development and mass production. Write and maintain SOP, MIP, PFMEA and process flow. Use CAD, UG or other 3D drawing software to check the drawing and guide the fixture supplier to complete the process fixture design and DFM production. Drafting and improving development and mass production control plans. Perform optimized process verification and monitoring. Review and improve production processes. Complete reports independently and maintain communication with customers to ensure that reports meet customer requirements. Follow up DOE design, analyze data results, and output complete reports. Lead the process training plan, collected training data, evaluated operator and provided suggestions. Actively cooperate with other daily work assigned by the PD supervisor. Qualifications Form 5 above or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of garment manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Location: Dongguan.
