Our client is a young, fast-moving startup building an app-based service platform similar to ride-hailing models. Their mission is to deliver a seamless, reliable mobile experience for users on both iOS and Android. As they continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands‑on Mobile Developer who can help drive their product from development to successful launch and beyond. Role Overview Seeking a Mobile Developer with strong experience in Flutter to take ownership of mobile app development. You will work closely with the founding and product teams to build, refine, and ship new features. This role can suit someone who wants to act as a Product Owner or someone who prefers to be a core contributor within the engineering team. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimise cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter . Lead or support the full app lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch updates. Successfully publish and manage apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store . Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience. Implement best practices for mobile app performance, testing, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure app stability and quality. Participate in roadmap discussions and contribute to product direction. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development. Strong hands‑on expertise with Flutter . Proven experience launching mobile applications to both iOS and Android app stores. Solid understanding of REST APIs, mobile UI/UX principles, and app performance optimisation. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment. Comfortable taking ownership of features or the entire product lifecycle. Nice to Have Knowledge of backend services (Node.js, Firebase, etc.). Experience setting up analytics, crash reporting, or user feedback systems. Prior involvement in early‑stage startups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
