About the Role As part of Occasions’ ongoing digital transformation , we’re now hiring an AI Designer with a strong flair for storytelling, video, and content creation. This position is ideal for a hybrid creative‑technologist who can merge aesthetics with innovation — using AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale impactful content that elevates the agency’s work across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our branding, creative, and digital teams. Key Responsibilities Use AI tools to generate dynamic video, motion graphics, and visual assets for campaigns, experiential designs, and social platforms. Develop creative video concepts, short‑form narratives, and branded animations with visual excellence. Generative Design & Ideation Apply generative AI to ideate visuals, storyboards, and concept moodboards. Experiment with prompt‑based creative development for image, video, and text outputs. Work alongside the team to produce integrated multimedia content aligned with project goals and brand strategy. Support art direction for key visuals, reels, and showreels, collaborating with creators, editors, designers, and strategists. Research and test emerging AI tools for creativity, motion, and content generation. Share insights and help build an internal AI‑powered creative workflow. Profile Requirements 1–5 years of relevant experience in digital design, motion graphics, or video production (agency background a plus). Demonstrated ability to use AI and generative tools for creative output (please include portfolio or examples). Strong sense of art direction, storytelling, and visual composition. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. Hardworking, future‑focused, curious, proactive, and excited about the intersection of design, innovation, and technology . Fluent in Cantonese and English/Mandarin a plus.
