Senior Java / Golang Developer ( Web3.0 / FinTech ) System Design & Development: Lead the design, coding, and optimization of core modules, including payment gateways, clearing and settlement systems, and reconciliation engines, primarily using the Java stack. Fund Flow Support: Deeply understand business logic to implement efficient and secure workflows for fiat deposits/withdrawals and digital currency collections/refunds. High Concurrency & Security: Build highly available distributed systems and design robust fund transaction mechanisms to ensure data consistency and absolute fund security under extreme conditions. Technical Problem Solving: Tackle core challenges related to system performance bottlenecks, distributed transactions, and architecture scalability. Requirements Work Experience: 5+ years of Java backend development experience. Proven track record in developing mature payment, trading, or settlement systems , with a solid grasp of the full payment lifecycle. Hands-on experience with fiat on/off-ramps , including integration with bank interfaces and third-party providers (e.g., UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay). Technical Stack: Expertise in Java and mainstream frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis ). Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL ) with extensive experience in SQL optimization. Strong background in distributed systems, including Redis (caching) and Kafka/RocketMQ (messaging). Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and service governance. Core Competencies: A high sense of responsibility regarding data integrity and financial security . Excellent analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
