Business Development Assistant Manager (Insurance & Corporate) We adopt a 5-day work week and offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate. Establish network with business collaborators including insurance, corporate, HMO, TPA partners and any other business and project partners to generate business growth. Liaise with both internal and external parties including but not limited to insurance companies and corporate business partners to facilitate business growth. Work closely with clinical departments to execute strategic business plans. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Prepare professional proposals, presentations and marketing materials, handle enquiries from partners. Elaborate business development plans, design and implementation processes to support business growth, through customer and market definition, devise selling tactics, coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to achieve business goals where necessary. Collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities including competitors’ products, pricing, catalogues, selling tactics, etc. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines. At least 3 years' working experience preferably in healthcare industry, business development. Knowledge in employee benefits or group medical insurance. Strong interpersonal with problem‑solving and influencing skills, customer centric. Good understanding of issues currently affecting the healthcare industry. Excellent people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team. Proficient in MS Office applications.
