Associate Director of Finance - Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) Limited We are seeking an Associate Director of Finance to lead execution of DCM deals and support our investment initiatives. Responsibilities Execute DCM deals, including drafting or reviewing lead managers due diligence reports, undertaking letters, and other documents for issuer’s foreign debt quota application to NDRC (if necessary). Obtain internal approvals such as KYC, AML, and regulatory document reviews. Manage transaction processes: prepare materials, engage third parties, arrange calls/meetings, and facilitate communication between issuers and professional parties to ensure offering documents are prepared and transactions are executed at market standard. Assist in preparing pitch books, RFPs, and marketing materials to support deal origination, finalize deal structures and legal documentation (if any). Handle ad-hoc projects and lead or participate in new product/procedure development for seasoned professionals. Qualifications & Requirements Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. 2‑5 years of relevant experience, basic legal or related background preferred. Interest in digital assets or settlement procedures; ability to apply AI to streamline repetitive tasks or processes is a plus. Capable of handling multiple tasks or willing to take challenging work in a demanding environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good command of Mandarin and English.
