Responsibilities: Familiar with daily eMPF operations, including member onboarding, contributions, investment directives, transfers, and withdrawals, ensuring precision and adherence to established eMPF digital workflows. Handle MPF issue and eMPF related enquiries, suggest and deal with complicated cases. Tackle ad‑hoc projects and tasks with agility and a proactive mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement. Maintain and grow the pension business portfolio, including client servicing and cross‑selling into existing client base. Prepare review reports and proposals. Responsible for negotiation on existing and new cases. Maintenance of accurate client and policy (pension scheme) records. Provide pension market updates to clients and team members. Compliance with Lockton procedures and regulatory requirements. Take the deep dive into exiting business to generate new business leads. Support team projects as required. Requirements: University Degree of any discipline or at least diploma level with pension and finance institution experience preferred. Minimum 5 years working experience in broker firm or pension providers. At least 1 year of pension client service experience, both in employer and member level. Strong pension and related knowledge. Good communication and presentation skills and frontline experience, especially in handling demanding customers. Qualified or passed in IIQE Paper I, II and III. Holding relevant insurance professional license, MPF. Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent customer relationship skills. Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
