To support the implementation, on‑going maintenance and system enhancement of e‑Services and related internal systems and monitor the performance of external contractors. Yrs of Total Post‑Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements To support system implementation for delivering new/enhanced applications/e‑services and liaise with users on requirements gathering and acceptance testing. Possess knowledge, experience and skills in design and implementation of IT infrastructure including server virtualisation, SAN storage & backup, networking, database, security, system & networking monitoring, etc. Possess knowledge and experience in preparing technical specifications for procuring large‑scale IT infrastructure systems and equipment and the related implementation services. Possess experience in performing quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors for acceptance of IT infrastructure/application systems. Possess knowledge and experience in centralised system and networking monitoring, and/or centralised log management and analytics is an advantage. Have solid experience in implementing and supporting IT projects for IT infrastructure. Be a good team player with competent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF) At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM) 1 year's experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; 1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 4 years' post‑qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
