Job Responsibilities Treasury: Assist in the management of banking relationships, credit facilities, and project cash flow projection. Support the development and execution of corporate financing strategies. Contract & Project Management: Monitor contract timelines, manage invoicing cycles, and track payment schedules. Ensure project adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards. Coordinate with engineering and operational teams to ensure timely project delivery. Assist in the management of subcontractor and supplier relationships. Joint Venture (JV) & Operations: Track and analyze sales, expenditure, and inventory data. Monitor and report on JV operating costs and performance metrics. Consolidate JV financial data for comprehensive headquarters reporting. Sales & Business Development: Perform business development activities under the direction of the COO’s Office. Prepare professional sales presentations and pitch decks. Organize and maintain databases of potential clients and projects to inform strategic financing decisions. Job Requirements B's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, food trading, construction, or a similar field. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical, analytical approach. Self-motivated, responsible, and versatile with a proven ability to adapt quickly. A proactive mindset with a passion for professional development and tackling new challenges.
