Responsibilities Design stunning visuals for web, social, digital campaigns, OOH, print and events. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensure deliverables meet visual standards across all brand touch points. Work closely with marketing, corporate, product and development teams to create user-focused designs that enhance the overall merchant experience. Manage design libraries and templates efficiently. Open-minded to stakeholder's feedback to meet project goals. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, New Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in design agencies, or global and regional brands preferably in fintech or technology sector. Proficiency in design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom and Figma. A strong portfolio demonstrates conceptual, problem-solving and design skills through a range of design work. Knowledge of generative AI is a big plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and rationalize design concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
