Concepts of Work at eClass: FUN; MEANINGFUL ; CHALLENGING ; WORK-LIFE BALANCE Job Duties: Assist in designing training courses and execute new implementation plans Assist in developing teaching materials for clients Provide eLearning consultation services for clients Analyse users' needs and form users’ community Develop training materials, video and conduct workshops Develop instruction manuals and simple video Participate in testing new products, with constructive feedback encouraged. Arrange workshops and perform clerical duties Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided, including induction and ongoing skill development Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related discipline Background in IT or education, at least 1-year work experience preferable High-calibre candidate with great enthusiasm for a successful career in IT in Education Good sense of IT and able to perform troubleshooting Familiar with school environment, classroom teaching and learning an advantage Experience of using eClass or understanding of eLearning a plus Knowledge in video editing an advantage Good at multitasking and flexible Detail-oriented and proactive Pleasant personality and presentable Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered Assistant Education Development Executive /Training Executive Being a Family-Friendly Employer, eClass offers you competitive remuneration package and attractive fringe benefits, including but not limited to Medical Allowance Plans, Well-being Bonus, Personal Hours, Special leaves for Birthday, Parent Care, Marriage, Paternity and Volunteer Work, etc. You will enjoy our work atmosphere with casual dress code, free fruits and snack bar.
