CW1 Global Product Specialist

The CW1 Global Product Specialist will support the Manager in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Global Cargo Wise One Implementation project. This role involves coordinating with cross‑functional teams, assisting in project execution, and representing the team in local calls as needed—particularly in the capacity of BPM Lead when delegated. The Specialist will also contribute to meeting preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions, helping maintain momentum across global projects. Implementation & Go‑Live Assist Manager to facilitate the implementation process of CargoWise One by developing optimal process and data structures, ensuring user acceptance. Support the Manager in collaborating with the appointed primary implementation partner by reinforcing clear direction and ensuring consistent alignment with the organisation’s business objectives. Assist in managing the Go‑Live process by coordinating support resources and contributing to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for handling change requests and service‑related issues. System Optimization & Best Practices Support the Manager in promoting system best practices and driving end‑to‑end operational efficiency and consistency across the network, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region and in collaboration with other major business units. Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and contribute to the development of automation roadmaps aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing operational costs. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Coordinate with our primary implementation partner to ensure development of a super user community in the Group Business Units while setting up support structures for skills gap analysis and ongoing training. Effectively manage system integrations with agents and customers, ensuring seamless data flow to minimise business disruptions. Ensure global system compliance standards. Innovation & Digitalisation Support global digitalisation strategy efforts and collaborate with the local IT. Actively evaluate, test, and implement new functionality to enhance system capabilities and address evolving business needs. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Assist in the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to support performance tracking and operational transparency. Support the extraction and interpretation of system‑generated data to provide general business insights, helping to identify key metrics, assess system performance, and highlight areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Manager to ensure data‑driven decision‑making and continuous optimisation of reporting tools and methodologies. Other ad‑hoc tasks and responsibilities related to this role will be aligned and coordinated with the direct manager.
