We are looking for key talents to develop in the following areas: Machine Learning Engineer Research Scientist LLM Area (Large‑scale language model pre‑training) Reinforcement learning for reasoning models Advanced AI systems (Data construction, curation, and engineering for large‑scale model training) Frontend Engineer – AI Agent Platform Server‑sent events/WebSocket Visualize agent reasoning/action Backend Engineer – AI Agent Platform Tool adapter Context management Trace Security Sandbox Inference engine Full‑Stack Engineer – AI Solution End‑to‑end feature delivery Data integration Documentation & developer enablement Product Manager – AI Solution Problem framing & ROI analysis Success metrics & evaluation design UX for AI interaction Our Ideal Candidate Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to two years of work experience. Technical expertise and experience in a relevant area of interest. Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers. Impressive personal achievements such as academics, extracurriculars, internship experience, outstanding skills or insights in areas of your passion. Most importantly, you want to drive impact at the start of your career journey and you are highly motivated, have strong ownership and accountability, and unwavering commitment to pursue your passion and interest. During the 18 month program, there will be opportunities to: Develop a global mindset and collaborate with our colleagues from other regions. Develop a multitude of skill sets, both business and technical skills. Rotate within your related business functions or cross‑departments (subject to availability and business needs). Deepen your knowledge in this exciting industry, learn under the mentorship and guidance of our functional team leaders, and eventually become a key contributor to meaningful business projects.
