Luxury 5-Star Hotel in Hong Kong | Kowloon Shangri-La About the Role As a Receptionist - Shang Palace / Nadaman , you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service. Key Responsibilities Handle telephone inquiries and reservations in a professional manner. Arrange tables and ensure smooth restaurant operation. Assist with menu for all meal periods and related administration work. Provide support to Restaurant Manager in maintaining an accurate guest record on the system. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. About You At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry. Knowledge or experience in booking system. Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
