Coordinate with stakeholder teams to streamline and improve the system, process and workflow that related to deposit, payment and card Ensure full compliance and execution of governance policies and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements What is required and what we’re looking for Degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Marketing or related discipline 6+ years of experience in product management in banking or financial industry (preferably in Payment & Card) Candidate with experience in deposit or FX will also be considered Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth Good understanding of the risk and compliance framework for Payment or Card Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills Perks and Benefits to enrich your experience at WeLab: Learning and development stipend - we value lifelong learning and believe the best way to invest in our employees is to encourage them to continue to learn Wellness and happiness – Numerous activities to let you focus on your physical and mental wellbeing.
