Role We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Manager to own SecondSwap’s brand voice across all external channels. This role demands someone who lives online, tracks narratives as they develop in crypto, and can quickly translate them into content that resonates with traders, issuers, and ecosystem partners. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Community Growth & Ambassador Manager (Telegram + ambassadors) and product/content teams to ensure our messaging is timely, consistent, and sharp. Key Responsibilities Voice Ownership: Define and maintain SecondSwap’s brand voice across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other external channels. Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copy that aligns with our archetypes (Sage clarity, Creator innovation, Magician transformation). Narrative Tracking: Stay online and ahead of crypto market narratives, weaving them into daily posts, threads, and campaigns. Campaign Alignment: Coordinate with product and community teams to ensure launch announcements, token updates, and ecosystem news are reflected across all content. Content Calendar: Manage a publishing cadence that balances thought leadership, product updates, and market commentary. Daily copy for Twitter and LinkedIn , tuned to market conversations. Launch threads that explain product milestones, token listings, and unlock events. Telegram copy for announcements and campaign CTAs (coordinated with community manager). Email campaign copywriting for product updates, unlock schedules, and ecosystem partnerships. Skills & Requirements Crypto-native: Active participant in Twitter/X and Telegram conversations, with proven understanding of DeFi and token markets. Content creator: Strong writing skills across formats — threads, posts, long-form updates, emails. Narrative aware: Able to spot emerging narratives and adapt messaging to fit them in real time. Collaborator: Works closely with product and community teams to align updates and campaigns. Analytical: Understands performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and refines content based on outcomes. Languages: English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean will be considered an advantage for engaging specific user communities.
