Join to apply for the METAXR : Product Manager role at Global Digital MOJO Group Hiring Studio, Taichung, Osaka, Hong Kong Role Description As product manager, you will be responsible for the development of one of our METAXR product lines. You will be coordinating a team of strategists, developers, UX designers, business growth, marketers and operations along with suppliers to manage product development and launch. METAXR Product Lines cover Education and Learning, Smart Factory, Planning, Construction and Architecture, Digital Twin, Marketing and Entertainment Media. Product-Line Management Managing a product feature roadmap Managing in-house and out-sourced resources across the world Managing fiscal and time budgets to deliver product features on target Software Development, UX, Media, Creative and Strategic team coordination Sourcing and establishing and managing relations with 3rd Party vendors Revenue Tracking and Operations budget management Subscriber Growth Working with sales team to set pricing Undertaking surveys to generate feedback and monitoring analysis Revenue Tracking (subscriber value) and Operations budget management Industry Knowledge Keep updated on knowledge in the product area: WebXR, Native XR, Devices, Network, Streaming Tech Client and Team Communication Running review meetings with clients (face-to-face, call, chat) Online updates with all stakeholders through collaborative online tools such as Slack, JIRA, Basecamp, etc Knowledge Management Software version control review Media assets management Other Duties As Needed Skills Required Able to effectively communicate with a multicultural team of UX, Media, Technologists Flexible team member with organization ability and specific practice skills 5+ years UX/Media/Marketing/Strategy project design/management work experience in one of key verticals (Consumer Electronics, Internet, IT) using AGILE methods UG + Masters Degree in Software Development, Marketing Management, UX/Interactive Media Strong portfolio showing team coordination and delivery skills Able to coordinate and motivate diverse teams Working proficiency in English Personality Qualities Passionate about insightful storytelling with Data Methodical and detail-oriented Able to Multitask Strong ability to multi-task and manage the development of a pipeline of potential opportunities through to close Abilities to recruit, motivate, manage and direct staff resulting in a consistent well-managed service to the client Excellent time management / organizational skills to simultaneously handle and prioritize multiple projects for the team Benefits The chance to work in a fast-moving international environment Feedback and co-work with international professionals Basic salary/expenses + Performance-Related Commission Performance-related Bonus On job Training Flexible hours and location #J-18808-Ljbffr
